I'm Ufuk. Engineer, father, and someone who reads too much for his own good. I grew up in Türkiye and now live in Sweden, writing about whatever I fall into that week: technology, history, AI, sustainability, parenting, and the occasional rabbit hole that connects all of them in ways I didn't expect.

I don't claim to be an expert in any of this. I'm a generalist, which is either a polite way of saying I know a little about a lot, or an honest way of saying I can't stop being curious. Probably both.

In an era of hyper-specialization, I keep choosing the other direction. The most interesting things tend to happen at the edges, where ideas from different worlds run into each other. That's what I'm here for.
